Welcome to Westchester Elite Sports and Recreation
Westchester Elite Sports and Recreation is focused solely on high-quality, community-based recreation, youth sports leagues and clinics. We offer sports teams and all-inclusive sports programs and recreational activities for youth, as well as for adults and kids with developmental disabilities. We strive to provide experiences to help kids develop new physical skills in a fun, participatory and safe environment. Westchester Elite features positive competition, guided by knowledgeable and supportive coaches and staff.

But at Westchester Elite Sports and Recreation, we make it fun — and we’ll help you find a routine that works for you and your child's lifestyle and personal goals. Whether you’re new to our program or a regular, we’ve got what you need to stay healthy, busy and have fun! As a leading Sports Club, we started back in 2020 to be a place where youth and young adults can come and join activities to enrich their lives and skills. We want this to be a positive experience. My name is Frank Biele and I am the owner of Westchester Elite Sports and Recreation. I have worked in the non-profit sector for the past 18+ years. I have been a coach for over 30 years. Westchester Elite Sports and Recreation offers various rec programs, flag football, inclusive sports programs and Travel/tournament baseball teams. I am an active member in the Westchester community and on many active boards.
I grew up in Westchester and have continued to live here to raise my family. I enjoy giving back to my community and participating in all that Westchester has to offer.
